In my earlier career, I was first a scientist, then an (agile) software developer, then a project manager, then a consultant for development processes in regulated product development. From 2016, I shifted my focus to agile methods and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). During this time, I learned about coaching teams and facilitating large groups.
As a senior consultant, I took on technical and coordinating responsibility for client consulting teams in connection with change projects as well as business development for organizational development consulting at Method Park (now UL) and became a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). I then joined a large corporation as SPC and Release Train Engineer (SAFe® RTE) to kick-start the agile transformation and change the organization.
Change management, organizational development and transformation are my main interests. On the one hand, I offer solutions for the targeted handling of people in change processes. On the other hand, leadership and organizational structures are determinants of behaviour in an organizational context. People can only change within structural and cultural boundaries. That is why I always look at structures, organizational culture and behaviour together.
